Rapid Prototyping is all about empowering you to conceptualise and launch new offerings quickly, cheaply, effectively and without wasting time, money and effort. Whether you want to launch a new business, deliver a new service to existing clients or to redefine how you deliver your existing service, you are going to need to master the art of rapid prototyping. Iteration is the key to developing your service mix in ways that no one has ever imagined possible before. This module will help you to learn and be profitable at the same time.

The biggest problems that service businesses face is over-engineering their service delivery whenever they make a change. This process locks you into ‘how things are done’ and never allows you to run enough experimentation to evolve far more potent means of delivering your value to the world.
