As an Advice firm owner your fears about your client’s perceptions and what they will and won’t pay for begin to take on a solidity of belief over time that restricts your business and its ability to adapt and to deliver more value in more profitable ways for both you and your clients. Let us change your perception of what is possible by taking you through a project to objectively assess your service, value offering, and fees and then to build a plan to realign your business through planned, staged and proven contextual communication.
Almost every Advice and Service business we have ever looked at has a legacy issue that is severely limiting the performance of the business. Often it is over-delivering things that do not actually create perceived value for their clients. Almost always there is an imbalance of fees with systemic undercharging of certain parts of the business, and consistently we find that clients expectations around what value they receive and by who has not been consistently managed. Lastly, the firms that have mastered all of these previous elements have failed to understand how to effectively launch new services and value streams to their existing clients.
During this two day workshop and through the resources and process you will follow, we will empower you with the tools to rationally review your business, to set aside your fears and misconceptions so that you can identify how you can best realign your Advice firm.
We will then take you through a process that will allow you to easily formulate a context-based communication plan to roll out any change to your clients effectively, systematically and in a way that will create significant goodwill within your client base. We will cover the use of video, email, communication timing and process for making change fast and dramatically impactful.
This two day program is also designed to crystalise and quantify your fear as business professionals and to help you understand how you can create a systematised and streamlined plan to solve your greatest business challenges.
This same process also works perfectly to integrate purchased client books, to hand over the key relationships of clients to a different Adviser and to remove the principal dependence that many Advice firm owners experience.
