Lump sum one-off payments can be paid through direct deposit, please let us know if you wish to utilise this option. Valid payments will be processed immediately.

Unless you notify us otherwise, enrolment fees and all other fees and charges associated with your enrolment (including, but not limited to, any applicable federal, state, and local taxes) will be billed automatically to the credit card details you provide when registering for the applicable service through our payment gateway.

If you do not notify us of changes to your billing details, The Social Adviser will assume that all of the information related to your account details remains valid and will submit to the card processor all information that it requires for approval.

Your enrolment comes with a ‘Money-Back-No-Questions-Asked’ guarantee valid for 14 days after your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

No refund will be paid in relation to enrolments cancelled more than 14 days after the enrolment start date.

For the purpose of these Enrolment Terms, ‘billing date’ means the date in any month that you made your upfront payment or commenced paying the first of your three monthly installments (for example, the 15th of each month).

The Social Adviser may immediately cancel your enrolment, without notice or liability (including for any refund or credit to you), if we determine, acting reasonably, that:

  • you have breached any portion of these Enrolment Terms
  • your use of or access to The Social Adviser & LinkedIn Unlocked website(s) violates any applicable law or regulation or otherwise inhibits any other participant from using or accessing The Social Adviser sites or any other service offered by The Social Adviser

The Social Adviser also reserves the right to cancel your enrolment for any reason, provided that we give you written notice of such cancellation and, in the event of cancellation, pay you a pro-rata refund for the outstanding portion of your enrolment.

None of the foregoing limits any other legal, equitable, or contractual rights available to The Social Adviser.

The Social Adviser may change these Enrolment Terms from time to time. If we do, you will be informed by email about our amendments. If you object to any changes to these Enrolment Terms, you may cancel your enrolment within 14 days after the changes come into effect. If you do not cancel your enrolment within that period, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes and your enrolment will continue.
