This highly hands-on module will have you reviewing and renewing every element of your new client process with a focus on congruence, personality branding, value expression, removal of cognitive dissonance and digitisation of the process. Not only will you create a far more engaging experience for new clients, it will also become a far more efficient element of your business systems.

With a focus on your clients and what they’re experiencing, from onboarding to fee changes and communication, you’ll take away time-saving tools for designing systems that free you and your clients, minimizing your ‘time to serve’. You’ll be able to newly engage your clients through the use of technology and the ability to explain your value to your clients and help them understand exactly what it is that you do for them in new and profoundly resonant ways. We’ll use your current plans, process, and data as a starting point to determine what your plan of action will be. You’ll begin to truly understand that this isn’t a one-time thing and that you and your business should be constantly evolving.
