WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Having to repeatedly explain concepts, ideas, strategies, and process is perhaps one of the biggest inefficiencies in the operation of service based business. Worse is the fact that it is almost impossible to take the time to explain everything to clients when done 1 to 1; inevitably shortcuts in context are made that affect the value of the service delivered. Additionally, it is almost impossible to tailor the level of explanation offered to clients who prefer more or less detail when those explanations are offered purely through human interaction.
This module takes participants through the mechanics of using screen capture and other innovative mediums to quickly and easily create explainer videos, education courses, client Q&A libraries, and FAQs, to name a handful of the ways you can communicate information to your clients and still maintain a deep level of connection with them. We will also address systems for digitising your engagement so that your direct interaction with clients focuses only on delivering the highest impact and value.
